The HoodAsia name, logo, website design, and original content (excluding user-submitted videos) are the property of HoodAsia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our branding or platform design without written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

HoodAsia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

All videos are user-submitted and represent the views and actions of the individuals depicted, not those of HoodAsia. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of user-submitted material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoodAsia and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
